What the free scan sees
Titles, prices, shipping cost, listing dates, ship-to countries and card details, the same things a buyer sees. Up to 1,000 listings are read and the counts are scaled to the store. Combined-shipping rules are not public, so that check runs after you connect.
What a fix costs
1 cent per listing rewritten, capped at $150 for the whole store. Linking a business policy eBay already lets you swap is free. Every run reads each listing back from eBay and has Undo all.
