Snap a photo. WaxEngine names the card, prices it from sold comps and lists it on eBay.
Free for 7 days or 200 scans. No credit card.
PC and scanner for volume. Phone for the shoebox. Prices are real sales.
Your showcase already sells to the people who walk in. WaxEngine puts the same inventory in front of every eBay buyer, priced from sold comps, with the counter still run by one person.
Feed it the restock. Bulk scanning, automatic offers to watchers, dead-stock relisting, and one honest profit number across the whole store after fees, labels, and card cost.
Scan the box you've kept since the 90s. Every card gets identified, priced from real eBay sold data, and listed. Sell it all or just the hits, and finally learn what the childhood stash is actually worth.
Every seller knows their sales number. Almost nobody knows their profit number, because eBay takes its cut in pieces: a fee here, a label there, the store subscription, a refund on a Tuesday. WaxEngine rebuilds the P&L eBay never gave you: gross sales minus fees, labels, refunds, shipping, and what the cards cost you. One number, live, down to the single order.
Want to run the math on one card first? Our free eBay fee calculator breaks down a single sale and tells you the break-even price you need to hit, and the eBay profit calculator does the same for anything you sell. No signup, nothing saved.
Every active listing is auto-sorted into four tiers based on the 28-day eBay listing cycle. Stale cards surface for a relist, watched cards get offer nudges, fresh cards get room to breathe. No more guessing which of your hundreds of listings need attention.
WaxEngine watches your store on the 28-day eBay listing cycle and acts on it. It sends discount offers to the buyers watching a card, ends stale listings and queues them for a one-click relist, and leaves your performers alone. Every stage ships off until you turn it on, with safety caps and a dry-run mode.
Slow movers pile up. WaxEngine groups your stale cards into player, team, and set lots, prices the lot from the summed card values with a discount you control, and hands you a ready-to-publish listing. Clear the shelf without the busywork.
A player going hot or getting hurt only matters if you hold their cards. WaxEngine pulls hockey news and market signals and ties them to the players sitting in your inventory, so you know which of your listings to reprice or push today.
Snap a photo. The AI reads player, year, set, number, and parallel, prices it, and lists to eBay in one click. This is where every scanner app stops.
Offers go out to watchers automatically, stale cards get ended and queued for a one-click relist, dead stock groups into lots. All timed to the 28-day eBay listing cycle, with safety caps and a dry-run mode.
Performance tiers and market intel tell you what to reprice, push, or hold, and the live P&L shows what it all actually nets, so the store keeps moving without you.
Time back Listing one card by hand takes about five minutes, then you still babysit the price, the offers, and the relist. Publishing here takes about thirty seconds, and the rest runs itself. Across 500 cards a month, that's a full work-week back.
eBay now identifies a card and guesses a value for free, in its own app, and most sports card scanner apps stop at the same place. Fine. Everything that actually turns a card into a sale is the rest of this table.

“Scanning a card was never what ate my nights. The selling was.”
I run Loubs Cards on eBay, 1,500+ live hockey listings. I got tired of chasing prices, nudging watchers, relisting one by one, and never knowing what I was actually netting. So I built the engine that runs my store, then made it yours. That profit screen up top is the one I check every morning.
Real card stores, real eBay storefronts, every one run through this engine. Click any to see the listings.
WaxEngine is an eBay selling engine for sports card sellers. It scans hockey, baseball, football, basketball, UFC, soccer and other sports cards, plus Pokemon and Magic: The Gathering, from photos, identifies and prices them from real eBay sold data, publishes the listings, sends offers to watchers, relists stale cards, groups dead stock into lots, and tracks real profit after eBay fees, shipping labels, and card cost.
List them individually with an automated listing workflow instead of dumping the box as one lot. With WaxEngine a photo becomes a live eBay listing in about 30 seconds, so a few hundred cards is an afternoon, not a month of evenings, and singles consistently net more than bulk-lot sales for anything worth over a few dollars.
Recent eBay sold prices for your exact card, not asking prices. WaxEngine prices every scan from real sold comps automatically, and our free eBay profit calculator shows what a sale actually nets after fees.
You connect through eBay's official sign-in and can disconnect anytime. Every automation ships turned off, with safety caps and a dry-run mode, so nothing sends offers, ends listings, or publishes until you switch it on.
You set a default cost per card and can enter exact costs where you know them. The P&L applies them to every order, alongside the fees, labels, refunds, and shipping pulled from eBay automatically.
Hockey, baseball, football, basketball and UFC raw singles are scanned, priced, listed and relisted today, all from eBay sold data, and so are soccer, wrestling, surfing, volleyball and other sports cards. Pokemon and Magic: The Gathering cards are scanned, priced and listed on eBay US and Canada today, with relisting next. Market intel and lot building are hockey only for now. Graded (PSA, BGS, SGC) values are on the roadmap.
WaxEngine is eBay-native today, with three things coming. Multi-marketplace crosslisting: list to more marketplaces alongside eBay from one place. Graded (PSA / BGS / SGC) values: slab-aware pricing alongside the raw eBay comps. Pokemon and Magic relisting: both scan, price and list today, and automatic relisting is next.
The trial runs 7 days or 200 scans, whichever comes first, and needs no credit card. When it ends your data and settings are preserved: subscribe at $24.95/mo or $249/yr to keep going, or your account simply pauses. You can cancel anytime with no contracts or fees, your listings stay live on eBay, and your data exports to CSV whenever you want.
$24.95/month
or $249/year (save 17%). 7-day free trial (up to 200 scans), no credit card.
The founding ten: the first 10 subscribers lock in $19.95/mo for life, with 1,000 scans a month. That price never increases, no matter what the standard plan costs later. And the founder onboards you personally: your first 25 cards listed together on a call.
Ten spots. When they're claimed, founding pricing is gone for good.
