    Feed the scanner

    Load the stack into a sheet-fed duplex scanner like the Ricoh fi-8170. WaxEngine watches the folder your scanner saves to and scans each card as it lands, or the WaxEngine Scanner app for Windows (early access) drives the scanner directly. Fronts and backs pair up automatically, and penny-sleeved raw cards feed fine. Phone photos work for a few cards away from the desk.

    Every card identified and priced

    The AI reads player, year, set, card number, and parallel for each card, and the 5-pillar pricing engine attaches a comps-backed price. Duplicate protection flags anything you already have live before it can double-list.

    One review session, one publish

    Scanned cards accumulate in the review queue. Sort to the ones that need a human eye, fix those, and publish the rest as a batch: eBay-optimized titles, photos uploaded, item specifics filled, and the box and slot of each card sent as the eBay SKU if you use them.
